What's Our Story?

Founded in 1998, LincolnIT has spent more than 28 years helping businesses build secure, reliable, and predictable technology environments. Based in New York and supporting organizations nationwide, we are a technology services firm focused on IT excellence and continuous process improvement. LincolnIT was co-founded by Theodore (Teddy) Cillis, John Antimisiaris, and Gary Cioffi—leaders who remain deeply connected to the company’s mission and values. Today, Teddy serves as President and CEO, John as Vice President and CTO, and Gary as a partner focused on contracts and business development. Their consistent leadership has shaped a culture centered on accountability, innovation, and long-term client relationships. Our team of over 160 technology and customer service professionals delivers support through our 24/7 national help desk and Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring businesses stay productive and protected—whether they’re local, regional, or across the country. We listen closely to our clients, value their feedback, and tailor solutions that align with real-world business needs.
